Update (Desc.)

Allow me to reveal a thing I've been hiding for a few weeks.

I was notified that one of my grandparents has decided to quit taking prescriptions and simply 'go with the flow'. Weeks later, they're not doing so well. In fact, they're rather sick. I assumed that they'd probably go back on the medication, thus thinking it'd turn out for the better.

As of yesterday, August 2, I receive the news that they're dying. So I decided to tag along with my family today to say goodbye.

Seeing a relative on their own deathbed is not an easy thing.

Especially if said relative can only see and hear, but is not responsive.

This is the first close family loss for me since I was well aware of death and I'm absolutely torn up over this, and it's definitely been a tougher week for me and the rest of my family...

So if something this past week has seemed different about me, this is the reason. I've tried hiding it, but the inevitable has just happened.

I don't know how much longer they have, and my prayers are with them.
